I’m writing this review as I am a regular patient at this clinic and have been for well over a year now. I see some negative reviews regarding wait time, and while I do agree that there is normally a lengthy wait time, this is because the doctors at this clinic are incredibly thorough and don’t rush you out the door like other GPs do! I’m more than happy to wait an hour for my appointment if it means I’m going to be seen with care and I always am - particularly by Dr Eshragi and Dr Lavanya, two AMAZING doctors. I’d also like to give special mention to Lina as she has always been incredibly kind, warm and helpful towards me whenever I call or come into the clinic. It’s really disheartening to see the negative reviews written about this clinic, I do not believe they reflect their practices at all.

I cannot recommend Dr. Lavanya enough. She is by far the best doctor we have had. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every symptom is properly addressed and resolved. There was a time when I had booked an appointment with a different doctor because she was fully booked. As we were leaving, she said hello and asked how we were. I mentioned my daughter’s condition and, even though we didn’t have an appointment with her, she immediately took the time to help us on the spot. Dr. Lavanya is the kind of doctor who remembers her patients and genuinely cares about their wellbeing. She is not only an amazing doctor but also a truly kind and compassionate person. We are very grateful for her care.

Today I can’t thank Dr Mehrdad Eshraghi enough for seeing me today, his professionalism with his caring approach, how I felt heard & supported. I had been let down by two previous doctors & my condition had worsened. Today he went beyond & I have the right answers, I’m on the right path thanks to him and would recommend him to everyone!!It was my first visit to the centre & the lady at reception was so lovely. I felt in the best of hands. Words can’t express how appreciative I am !! Thanks again Dr Eshraghi!

I have had a very good experience with the practice Including the drs and the reception staff - they have been empathetic and quite accommodating, they eased my concerns - and were very helpful. I would recommend this practice, for its drs/ staff/ after hours service - thank you for your wonderful work. Much appreciated

I walked in with my child for emergency check 3 centres said no to walk in no appointment available. There was no appointment available here too but I appreciate the lady at reception told the situtauon and she requested the doctor and doctor attended my child. Appreciate the lady who helped me. Forgot to check her name. Thanks again ❤️
